Empowering the Frontline to Break the Scam Spell

From detection to action: empowering financial institutions’ frontline teams to prevent scams and protect customers and members during high-risk moments

As part of National Scam Survivor Day 2026, Charm Security and Give an Hour are launching a joint 3-month initiative for a select group of financial institutions committed to supporting frontline teams during high-risk scam interactions.

Scams and human-centric fraud are becoming more complex and emotionally intense. Frontline teams are often the first point of contact, navigating high-stress interactions where customers are under active deception and manipulation.

This end-to-end initiative combines trauma-informed training with Agentic AI to bring fraud expertise to the frontline and enable a more human-centered, real-time scam prevention, intervention, and recovery support.
